Girl has brains & ability & is exercising both in the timber now that Rob has her & is taking her out.  We intend to breed her to our upcoming star, GRCH 'PR' Tree Rizin' Razor's True Grit (Rooster).  Rooster's mom, Star carries the old Red Oak Mike twice in her pedigree so this will be a nice line breeding and will also give us the opportunity to see how Rooster will produce.   Rooster is the dog that Rob is hunting this year in the hunts and at just over 1 1/2 yrs old- he is holding his own against the veterans as he split trees and holds the pressure and is a quick strike, quick tree dog.  Rooster is dead on accurate.  When he trees-- you just need to find it!

 

Girl turned 3 in March and has a few points towards her champion but needs some concentrated time in the woods and on the bench before we can fully assess her.  She is a BEAUTY.  Reminds us a lot of our Star female- very houndy looking.  So far, we are very pleased with her.  Check back for updates.
