Pictured just 1 wk & 1 day shy of 1 year old-- here's NITRO!

Nitro is our resident "house dog/ show dog/ watch dog." He is out of the infamous Dutch X Trippy cross that has exceeded expectations not once- but twice!! Nitro is a one year old male (Happy Birthday Nitro!) who stands about 26 1/4" tall . . . so far! :)

We are working diligently to get him where he needs to be to hit the show ring in 2010. Our initial plans will be to break him out at Winter Classic or possibly Grand American.

Nitro has great feet and legs, has a beautiful head, a big bawl mouth and gorgeous color. I love his front shoulder!! He is working hard on the bench for me; he gets better each time up!

I feel blessed to have bred such a remarkable hound and look forward to promoting Nitro, while my friend, Paige Renison campaigns his littermate brother, Kane, in 2010. These two boys will head up our show stud lineup and I couldn't be more pleased. These are two of the nicest males I've ever owned which is a true testimony to our Tree Rizin' breeding program. Also look for 'PR' Howlin' Hills American Road Trip (previous Chase) down in sunny Texas as he hits the show ring in late 2009- Early 2010.

Their mother, Trippy, has proven herself as a true reproducer for hunt and show. She is my 'dog of a lifetime' and it has been a priviledge to own and handle her and her offspring.

** Note: Nitro's 1/2 brother Tank (out of Razor & Trippy) has had a stellar year for 2009: winning King of Show at American Redbone Days, Dual Champion Redbone male @ Autumn Oaks & most recently, he got his 1st win towards his GRNITECH title at a redbone sectional where he also won Best Overall Dog of HUNT and SHOW!!! Tank is truly a Dual Purpose Dream Come True!

The proven track record of Nitro's siblings and 1/2 siblings is second to none. I expect great things from him.
